At Humble IT Solution, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of digital products and services, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
If the project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative costs.
Once the website design or development work has been delivered, no refund will be applicable.
Marketing service fees are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
Performance-based expectations (sales, leads, engagement) cannot be guaranteed, therefore refunds will not be issued based on campaign results.
Due to the creative nature of design work, payments are non-refundable once initial concepts have been delivered.
Minor revisions will be provided as agreed, but refunds will not be issued after design work has begun.
Any payments made for third-party services such as:
Domain registration
Hosting
Premium plugins or themes
Paid advertisements
If a client decides to cancel an ongoing project:
Payment for completed work must be cleared.
Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be charged accordingly.
In rare and exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Humble IT Solution.
