3. Required Cooperation & Responsibilities

• Any errors, incomplete or damaged content (text, images, files) supplied for the project are the responsibility of the respective party.

• Humble IT Solution is not responsible for any loss or damage of files, content, or data caused by the actions of the respective party.

• In such cases:

  • The necessary files or data must be resupplied.

  • Additional work or time required will be subject to extra charges.

• Ensuring website backups and data security is the responsibility of the respective party.

4. Payment Policy

• Advance payment is required before the project begins.

• Full files, source code, or ownership will not be transferred until final payment is completed.

5. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines will be determined based on project type and complexity.

• Any delays caused by the respective party will not be considered part of the delivery schedule.

6. Revision Policy

• A set number of revisions will be provided.

• Complete new designs or structural changes are not included in the standard revisions.

7. Ownership & Rights

• Upon full payment, the designated usage rights of the website will be granted.

• Humble IT Solution reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio or marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Humble IT Solution will not be responsible for issues related to hosting, servers, third-party plugins, or software.
